Frequently Asked Questions
- Photo permission: please allow PicTok to access your photos in iOS Settings.
- Limited photo access: if you grant access to selected photos only, the app can organize only the items you selected.
- Deletion confirmation: PicTok shows a review page first. Final deletion still requires the iOS system photo library confirmation.
- Restore purchases: open the Me tab in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
