PicTok Privacy Policy

PicTok is an on-device photo library organizer. We respect your privacy and are designed to keep photo and video review on your device whenever possible.

Information We Access

• Photos and videos: after you grant permission, the app reads photos and videos from your system photo library so you can browse, review, favorite, share, and confirm deletion.
• Photo metadata: the app may read system photo library metadata such as capture date, media type, file size, favorite state, and capture location to support grouping, sorting, and review.
• Local preferences: the app stores necessary settings on your device, such as review progress, usage limits, similar-photo review records, and cached membership state.
• Purchase status: Pro membership purchases and purchase restoration are handled by Apple. The app receives purchase results and entitlement status through StoreKit.

How Photos and Videos Are Processed

PicTok does not upload your photos or videos to our servers. We do not store or analyze your photos or videos on our servers. Browsing, review, and deletion workflows are performed on your device. Deletion uses the iOS system photo library confirmation flow and only happens after you confirm it.

Location Name Display

If a photo includes capture location metadata, the app may use system reverse geocoding to display a readable place name. This feature is provided by system services. We do not receive or store your location information on our own servers.

Network Access

The app may access Apple services for in-app purchases, restoring purchases, App Store update checks, iCloud photo downloads, or system reverse geocoding. Other than these system capabilities, the current version does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Information We Do Not Collect

• No account registration or login is required.
• We do not collect contacts, health data, financial information, precise device location, or advertising identifiers.
• We do not track you for advertising purposes, and we do not share personal data with data brokers.

Children's Privacy

PicTok is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy Updates

If changes to the app affect how privacy is handled, we will update this policy and, when appropriate, notify you through the app or release channels.
